BA, CIA, CRMA, CFE, PgD, is the Internal Audit Manager of the Company. He joined the Company in 1992 and has over 33 years of experience in accounting, auditing and management assurance.
Mr. Wong Kam Chuen, Terence
MCF, BA(Hons), FCCA, CPA, ACG, HKACG, has been the General Manager of Finance and Accounts Department of the Company since 2022. He joined the Company in 1995 and has over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing and corporate finance.
Mr. Chow Tung Ming, Solomon
BBA(Law), LLB, Solicitor, FRM, CFA, joined the Company in October 2023 and had been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company on 8 December 2023. Mr. Chow is a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong and has more than 13 years of legal experience, particularly in corporate finance, regulatory compliance, company secretarial and commercial areas.
