Mr. Ho Hau Chong, Norman

BA, ACA, FCPA, was appointed on 28 March 1995, is an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company. He is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee, a member of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Company. Mr. Ho is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Ho is an Executive Director of Honorway Investments Limited and Tak Hung (Holding) Company, Limited and has over 42 years of experience in management and property development. He is also an Executive Director of Miramar Hotel and Investment Company, Limited and Vision Values Holdings Limited, as well as an Independent Non-executive Director of Shun Tak Holdings Limited and SJM Holdings Limited, all of which are listed public companies. Mr. Ho resigned as an independent non-executive director of Lee Hing Development Limited on 19 October 2022, the shares of which were listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited until they were delisted on 18 October 2022.
