The subject site with an area of about 36,000 sq. ft. is undergoing piling works.  It is closed to "Metro Harbour View", the Group's development at 8 Fuk Lee Street, Tai Kok Tsui. The site will be redeveloped into a commercial/residential complex with a total gross floor area of about 320,000 sq. ft., comprising one block of residential buildings, car park and commercial arcade.
